The website just has the letter saying they don't support the product anymore and the phone number refers everyone here. Even a way to contact them would really help.
If anyone knows how I can get a reinstall drive from the company please let me know. Everything I had was fully upgraded and up to date as of last week, but now I have nothing and seemingly no way to contact anyone at Bibleworks about it.
I bought Bibleworks 6.0 maybe 13 years ago about the time I left seminary, later I upgraded to 8.0 and then to 10.0.
Last Thursday, July 19, 2018, someone walked into the church office and stole my laptop computer and all my flash drives from my laptop carry case including the reinstall thumb drive for Bibleworks. I pastor a small church and have relied on Bibleworks almost daily for the past 12 years like many of you do.
